Ryedale Timber Returns and Cancellation Policy
Returns Policy:
If your wood is delivered damaged, you must sign the delivery note damaged and we will return the wood.
If you sign the delivery note and accept the goods but then notice damage later, you the customer will be required to pay for the delivery back to us and delivery back to you.
Please note:
Timber moves. In winter and wet conditions it swells. In summer heat it shrinks and moves, and can warp and crack.
Ryedale timber Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by timber movement.
Sleepers in particular in summer will crack and splits will appear. This is common in Sleepers.
Refunds: Refunds for valid claims will be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you wish to cancel your order we reserve the right to charge in respect of all our products an administration fee of 15% of the order value. This fee applies at anytime from placing your order and receipt of products.
