Payment Options: RYEDALE TIMBER LTD accepts payment by Direct Bank Transfer only either at the time of purchase or on delivery.
Security: We know of no documented cases of fraud using our secure shopping system over the Internet.
Returns Policy:  If your wood is delivered damaged, you must sign the delivery note damaged. If you sign the delivery note and accept the goods but then notice damage later, you the customer will be required to pay for the delivery back to us and delivery back to you.
Please note: Timber moves. In winter and wet conditions it swells. In summer heat it shrinks and moves, and can warp and crack. Ryedale timber Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by timber movement. Sleepers in particular in summer will crack and splits will appear. This is common in Sleepers.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you wish to cancel your order we reserve the right to charge in respect of all our products an administration fee of 15% of the order value. This fee applies at anytime from placing your order and receipt of products.
Refunds: Refunds for valid claims will be made by bank transfer.
Retention of Title: This remains with RYEDALE TIMBER LTD until the goods are paid for in full.
Responsibility for Local Taxes & Duties: These are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination. VAT is included within the prices shown for each item.
RYEDALE TIMBER is VAT registered.
Invoices: Paper invoices are available upon request.
Order Inquiries: We will not contact you to update you on your order progress as this takes time away from us organising and delivering products. If you want to contact us you can by Email: RYEDALETIMBER@GMAIL.COM. Before contacting us please read our delivery page.
Substitutions: Whilst every effort will be made to supply the items as specified, the product materials used are subject to availability and may change from time to time. RYEDALE TIMBER reserves the right to substitute items of similar or higher value, where appropriate, should the need arise. Where there are prohibitions on any items to certain countries, those items will be substituted with alternative items of a similar value.
Unforeseen Circumstances: While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of RYEDALE TIMBER.
Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
